The Duchy in Focus

Over the last year, the Duchy has undertaken a number of major restoration and refurbishment projects across the estates. These projects range from the renovation of farm buildings, to the refurbishment of an office building .

Three such projects have been highlighted in the Duchy in Focus section as follows;

Scalby Lodge, Yorkshire. The renovation of existing farm buildings to create 11 luxury self-catered holiday properties

Diamond Jubilee Window. The Queen has unveiled a new stained glass window to celebrate her Diamond Jubilee at The Queen’s Chapel of The Savoy.

Wellington House. This is a 1930’s building centrally located in London which has been refurbished into Grade A office space.
